Cyber Security/Compliance
Cyber Security has become one of the top priorities for Aslan Consulting. We partner with a cyber security company based in Massachusetts who supplies us with fully functional hardware devices that monitor and capture data. This device along with federal approved compliance procedures allows us to help our clients become cyber compliant which will help small businesses qualify for federal contract work.

Aslan Consulting provides comprehensive proposal development services to US firms engaged, or wishing to engage, in Government contracts. Athens Services – IT Master Plan Development
Aslan Consulting was engaged by Athens Services, a leading waste management company, to develop an IT Master Plan that included a comprehensive overhaul of their business processes and technology infrastructure. Our work involved conducting a detailed analysis of their current systems and aligning them with future technology requirements defined by the City of Los Angeles. We developed a detailed IT Roadmap that included recommendations for hardware and software acquisition, network enhancements, and staff training on new technical systems. This project demonstrated our ability to manage complex, multi-faceted projects that require a deep understanding of both technical and regulatory requirements
County Project – Organizational Strategic Plan and Assessment
Aslan Consulting worked with the client to develop their 10 year strategic plan and roadmap. Aslan supported the team in utilizing a structured process of discovering current conditions, defining strategic objectives and a target state, and formulation of initiatives and a roadmap to address gaps between the current and target states. The roadmap outlined the actions required to achieve the strategic outcomes.

Aslan Scope of Work
Developed and implemented a comprehensive community outreach program to gain support for the opening of Boost Kitchen restaurant on Abbott Kinney in Venice, CA. Boost Kitchen developed a vibrant restaurant targeting time limited diners who are interested in upscale and healthy menus. The restaurant provides a high-end quick service style “healthy and hearty savory energy boosting bowls” utilizing local, sustainable, and organic ingredients. The restaurant menu includes juice-based drinks, energy carbonated smoothies as well as a selection of beers and wines for onsite patrons.
